I had taken my dog here for over eight years. I would rate Dr. Mares as one of the best vets I had encountered in the Houston area. There is one staff member I did not like because of her alone I rated staff only a 4. The wait can be long at times but, the cost savings makes up for it. Over all this clinic has done wonders for the pet community in providing affordable health care & treatment to dogs and cats. More clinics should take note on their approach of helping both pets and owners. The facility is not made to be impressive it is set up to function and function it does. For this reason it deserves a 5. This place is so helpful it deserves to be called a community service. Thank you for putting the care in caring. D.R.

Very cost effective, I just had my dog teeth clean for $35. I call other vet n the price range from $120 - $390, what a big diff in price. This is where my dog n I will be from now on.

I had one dog, got him neutered for $200.00 at my regular vet. Got 2 more dogs. Got them neutered for $60.00 each at this Clinic. Two dogs for less than I paid for one before. I could go on, I have been going here for 3 years. It's not fancy, but they get the job done in a timely fashion. Recommend this place to anyone who is smart enough to want to save money.
