What a horrible experience! This was my first time here, and I should have listened to the negative reviews, but I figured since I'm just bringing in my cat for a nail trim it wouldn't really matter. Long story short, both I and my cat were unapologetically treated like garbage, and my cat ended up bleeding. Had to wait for the vet for 20 minutes with no explanation and no other customers in the clinic. Had to tolerate his arrogance and brashness, and the harsh way in which he snipped at my cat's claws, making one of them bleed, and still not apologizing for anything, but rather saying "your cat didn't keep still". Please don't take your pet here if you care for your pet.
