Staff is very friendly, they treat canimals for a few rescues as well as the local K9 unit. THey are overall very fairly priced....some things a little on higher side but usually after calling around to other places its not enough to make me change my mind on taking my dog to another place bc I'm very comfortable with the vets/staff. Sometimes they run a little bit behind, and sometimes it can be difficult to get an appointment for something like surgery in a quicker time frame (to do an extraction/teeth cleaning i waited about 3 wks....). My only complaint with facilities is that they are not 24 hours nursing care and don't have many weekend hours, but that seems to be standard for a smaller practice.
