I am always impressed by how knowledgable the girls that answer the phone are. Instead of the standard 'You have to bring her in for me to give you any info on what she is going through' mentality of most clinics, they actually give you suggestions and tell you what it most likely is. I really value this as its something you desperately seek at 3am when your dog cant stand up and you don't know why. I've never taken my animal there, but I've called many times and they've always been right!
