Is the worst clinic for animals!!! Unpleasant service and incompetent doktor. I lost my beloved cat because of them.???? I do not recommend this clinic!!!

I do not recommend this vet for bunnies ! I took my bunny there because she stopped eating pooping and urinating and was very lethargic ! He told me that he assumed she did not have an infection , so he did nothing to verify that , by what i know when bunnies have these symptoms they should have blood work done and sometimes an X-ray to rule out any obstruction of the GI tract ! I had to take her back two days after because she was still not eating and did not improve a bit ,and he did not do anything different on this second visit ! Gave her more fluids ... that's it!!! Well i just lost my bunny a few hours after that visit and i really blame it on the lack of expertise and professionalism of the vet ! Unfortunately not every vets see bunnies so this was the closest one that's why i took her there and i feel so bad , i should've taken her somewhere else !! Please don't take your bunny there !!!

Excellent doctors and very caring I have been using them for 20 years and recommend them often. Dr. Luke was so good with my chronically ill pet and was able to keep her alive 2 years longer with a good quality of life.

The front desk staff is miserable. The obnoxious flat screen tv in the waiting room shows where their over priced services are directed. AND they'll probably sneak on a 100 or 200$ service without warning. Today was my first visit, and last.

Dr.s are well informed and most of the time professional. I have noticed changes since the previous owner retired. The front desk staff could be a little friendlier & patient. The office could use updating to allow more room but I believe its a historical area & maybe they are limited. They are a bit pricey but our old vet was twice as expensive. Good for local residents who don't want to travel far with pets.

The staff does seem put out when you ask questions. Although the docs seem good the place is extremely expensive. The facility is very old and the exam rooms are so small they make me dog nervous.

This is my current vet (for past 13yrs) I always found office staff unfriendly and miserable, but Dr Luk had me coming back. Now, Dr Luk's son is taking over and he is not very good. Even the new associate vets are not good. Seems like they are having a difficult time holding onto staff... I get a different vet with every appt. They seem like they don't care and just want to take your money. (very expensive) Unfortunately, I will be switching vets!

used to be top notch but as of late only seem interested in money. most of their experienced doctors and techs have left. sad to see.

They staff is miserable! They hate there job and don't care about your animal! We have a puppy who was transfer from a hospital to them and we sat there for two hours when the puppy need the iv! We ended up leaving and going to a hospital in Pennsylvania! She has a liver shunt which is a serious condition and marlton animal hospital didn't feel like dealing with her! They are horrible I feel for people who would take there dog there they make me sick my stomach! I am Sharing this with everyone because I wouldn't want anyone to experience what we went thru today!
