I am a rather new pet owner. After going to another rather unprofessional vet in the area I tried Berg Animal Hospital (I think I found them in the phone book). The staff is always pleasant, the vets seem knowledgeable, and they have fit me in in emergencies. I left the prior vet because they wouldn't see me on a Sat. morning with an emergency and I was forced to go to the regional animal clinic at night. I haven't had any issues like this at Berg. It shows that the staff truly likes animals and cares about your pet.

Staff always friendly and caring. Had a cat treated for a blocked urinary tract....doctors brought him back several times from cardiac arrest. Costs got too high and I had to choose between more care and a bill I couldn't afford. Staff saw me struggling with the decision and the owner came to me. He stopped the bill that moment and he did the surgery and follow up for nothing. They saved my daughter's pet and the owner kept me from having to make the terrible choice of $$ over a pet.
