An impressive facility and this group was kind enough to give me an emergency appointment when my regular (former now) vet across the road was "all booked" and too busy even to give me any advice on ho to help my ailing cat that was crying in pain. It did not matter that she and her litter mate had been his patients since 2001.
At the 516 Group, each of the staff was interested and, above all, kind. Dr. Melissa Rotella was the compassionate doctor that you pray to encounter.Each of the staff involved made a terrible experience somewhat more bearable as we had to say goodbye to our pet that we had had for 21 1/2 years.
I would highly recommend this group. They are accommodating, accessible, knowledgeable and above all, caring.
