No problem with services. I really like the fact that they specialize in only cats. Draw back is that hours are not convenient if you work. Open too late in am to drop off pets and close too early to pick them up without taking time off from work. Even on days that may have later hour they may close early which makes it very inconvenient to drop off pet or pickup up pet. Staff used to be easy to work with but recently there has been some changes and they are not as pleasant.
