We take all our little 'critters' to Dr. Jennrich and Dr. Stueve. We really wouldn't want to take them anywhere else. Is a little pricey for rodents but is worth it to know we have the best. Very caring Dr's and very 'Up to Date'! I just hope and pray we can keep our lovies with them with all the pay cuts and price increases in life we are experiencing lately.

We bring our ferrets and birds here. Dr Jennrich is excellent with ferrets! He keeps current on all the latest treatments. The punctuality needs some improvement. A trip to this vet takes a long time. We always have to wait in the waiting room, then in the exam room, then to pay. It can also get a little expensive. We don't want to bring our exotics just anywhere though. This vet is recommended to us by our dog/cat vet when there's an exotics vet much closer to us.

I love these guys. The only thing I wish is that they kept full weekend hours.

Vets are pretty good, but front staff is terrible at times. Once the vets are done with you, the people at the desk will not even aknowledge you while you stand at the front desk for AGES. I waited once to pick up cat food and no one said "hello" or looked at me for 10 minutes. This happened on several different occasions to both me and my husband. If I have to keep coming back for prescription food, they could at least give me the decency of eye contact or a, "Someone will be with you shortly." I finally got fed up and switched vets.
