Office visit is $75, higher than other Vets we visited. Dr. Ratti is nice and professional but I would say that she lacks warmth. We bring our furry babies to Vets, they are likely ill, so bedside manner is extremely important and appreciated. It's an emotional experience for the parents. Staff is professional as well...again, the warmth is missing from them too. The robotic, perfect responses, with a forced smile just convey coldness even if it's not the intention.
