The Vet was extremely unprofessional. He kept adding on extra charges for "optional" services such as pain meds or antibiotics which were not included in the surgery fees and then kept telling us what a good deal it was. Then when we got the invoice the charges were all wrong, the secretary said she made a mistake and he quickly corrected her and said she wasn't there and didn't know what to charge. The take home instructions had errors and were not consistent with what he was telling us, then the secretary said its just the way the system pulls the instructions up. Then he kept telling us we should come back for future visit. It is run like a business with focus on making money, not caring for animals. I would never go there again!!!
