Worst vet clinic ever......si unprofessional and rude!!! Would not answer any of my questions nicely, seriously I was just concerned about a procedure as any pet owner would be! Estupido mas nunca llevo a mi animal ahi!

I just got a puppy in November, 2011 and have taken her to Premier for every shot and check-ups... They have always been very professional and very friendly....I would recommend anyone to go there...

After having surgery on my pet, my first impression was that they may be having Summer Students/Interns doing the operations. They did not do all they were supposed to do, and really did not have a decent answer as to why. They did not respect their own written quote. They called me when I was leaving to retrieve my pet and told me to come later in the evening because they had some kind of trouble, but would not say what. And, Best of all, I never got the chance to talk to a veterinarian.

I have just moved to the area. I called Premier Vetcare to bring my dog in for a checkup. Dr. Hatcher & his staff were very professional & courteous at all times. While i was having Dr.Hatcher look over my dog, I had consulted with him on what would be a good breed to give to my son for his birthday. He give me some very good recommendations & then told me he was involved with the local humane shelter. My husband & I went over to the humane shelter & found a very beautiful dog for my son. I brought her back to Dr. Hatcher to be spayed once again, Dr. Hatcher & his staff took great care for our new family member. While I do not know all the services they have to offer, I feel very confident in saying they will took great care of your pet. I would highly recommend Premier Vet care to anyone.
