Had been taking my dog for two years and during appointment for shots, I noticed she had bleeding coming from her ear with redness and they wouldn't look at it. Told me I had to make another appt. They charge about twice as much as the new vet I found (buttons) but were willing to let my dog suffer with a bleeding ear infection. Main receptionists is a very rude person. I could hear some of the staff laughing and joking so loudly about some couple that I could hear them from the exam room.
