My dog had a small scratch from a cat and the next day after the incident I took him in to this location. The Dr. prescribed wrong medication. Long story short my dog got an infection that needed removal of dead flesh that they kept telling me was normal when it really wasn't. My poor dog went thru so much and they had no sympathy. Seemed like all they cared about was the money that they will be making from their mistake.

I took my cat in for a potential UTI, and was prescribed clavamox by Dr. Sonnenshein, on her recommendations. Please, take the one and done injection instead; trying to squirt medicine in a cats mouth is a disaster. Save yourself the week and a half of trouble. Otherwise, facilities were excellent, prices were fair, and they were very friendly, just a poor recommendation in my opinion.

Once they have done the acute care they don't help. Follow up questions concerning pets condition were put off resulting harm to our pet. Talking to manger afterwords showed they had no real interest in consumer. Don't go here Find emergency care that is concerned about pets care and is responsible and truly care about your pet, Not just your money
