This clinic did not know what they were doing 10 years ago and my cat almost died because of it.

Have been bringing dogs and cats here for 11 years. Totally satisfied. Vets and staff are very caring and professional. A little expensive, but they don't cut corners at the expense of your pet.

We have had some bad experiences with the staff being less than caring towards our needs. We have on two occassions had to have Dr. Porter to talk with his staff as to their attitude and the way they treat customers in need. The waiting room time is horrible. If you have an appointment for 2:00pm you might be out of there 2-3 hours later. The Drs. in this clinic are very good though and very informative as to what is going on with your pet. I have lots of respect for the vets there and what they are capable of doing but the staff and wait time is in need of improvement. If that was better I wouldn't have gone elsewhere.

Fabulous veterinarians, great staff, and very little waiting time. May be a bit more expensive that other vets, but well worth the price,,,you get what you pay for!
