Dr. Bowker, offers the lowest rates for rabbies and DHLP vaccines, it's more about protecting than money. He's worked with us on several occasions. I would recommend him to anyone. I wish he were an equine vet too. Though I have a very good equine vet, it's good to have another one for back-up.
