Sears Animal Hospital (SAH)is an amazing place. Staff are consistently caring & helpful. Vets are knowledgeable & take time to explain risks, benefits etc. They've seen my cats on short notice & provided quality care. I do wish the building had flat level entrance. It would be easier as I age. Still, the quality of care my cats receive is unequalled and I will not go elsewhere.

Bonnie and the staff at Sears Animal Hospital are absolutely fantastic. They took my cat in for an emergency surgery very last minute (for which I am forever grateful) and fixed him up right away. I knew when I dropped off my cat that he was in kind, loving and capable hands.
The entire team went out of their way to support me and my cat through the process. You can tell that this team loves their work and adore helping animals.
I would recommend them 100% - their work is excellent. Monsieur Poisson and I love Sears Animal Hospital!

The staff at Sears Animal Hospital are the best. Always warm and welcoming. Dr. Bonnie Wesley is honestly the best vet we have ever had. I have never had a vet sit down on the floor to make sure the dog was comfortable, so that she could do a proper evaluation. She also always takes her time which is important.

We have a chocolate lab who is super loveable but very spastic! I was always worried about taking her to the vet since she acted so crazy. But since moving to London we have been taking her to Bonnie at Sears Animal Clinic and I would never go anywhere else! They take the time to make Mousse feel safe and comfortable and show that they truly care about the health and well being of your pet. Dr. Bonnie is so personable and makes you feel very welcome at the clinic. I had Mousse spayed at the clinic and her recovery was so quick and easy. With all the specialized services available I know my dog will have access to the best possible care as she gets older. Huge thank you to the entire team for all that they do!

2 years ago I took my dog here for a non-life threatening injury. It was our first visit. The vet that saw us was not Sears and recommended an xray. My dog, that was perfectly healthy, passed away in less than 24 hours after the xray. While several "possible" causes were provided to me, I cannot help but think there was sloppy medical care given to my innocent dog. This continues to haunt me as I was not present at the time of the procedure to advocate for my pet. Yes the staff are nice. Yes the clinic is clean. I'm sure that most of the time the care provided is adequate. I do regret that my dog's care was the exception to the rule. I won't return.

I found the staff to all be great and very cheerful! The building is very outdated however I would not take my pets anywhere else.

Sears is a solid vet clinic. Nothing fancy but knowledgeable staff and friendly enough. Julia has amazing knowledge, admits when she doesn't know and gives you all the options without pressuring you to choose the most $$ one. She is funny and loves to get down on the floor with all 3 of my dogs during exams, rather than making them do the table. I would not take my dogs anywhere else (will have to get a new vet when she reitres!). I'm not keen on Dr. Bonnie Wesley, haven't tried Dr. Coley but LOVE Julia!

We have gone to Sears Vet for 20 years we have nothing but wonderful things to say about Julia and her staff and Bonnie we recommend them to everyone we know. They are thorough and the most caring vets you could have. Some of the comments on price well the old saying goes you pay for what you get and they are worth every penny you spend. Number One. I found that Dr. Sears is very kind, thorough ,and professional. Her genuine love of animals shines through at all times. The clinic needs updating,but the service is first class. Prices are high. Perhaps it proves that if you want an excellent vet the costs are worth it. Sears was recommended to us and we would do the same..We will not go anywhere else. Thanks,Julia,for caring.

Basically I felt my dog received good care at the clinic. I thought Dr.Sears took time with my dog as a new patient and was focused on her care and physical issues. She was quite through taking the time to call me after the appointment to talk further about Nancy's care. I didn't find the reception to be particularly friendly or attentive but they are not the reason why I take my dog. I expect excellent attention from the veterinarian and that is what we received. The clinic is dated and could use an up grade I suppose and the I have to admit I experienced a bit of sticker shock from the bill. For those prices the overall experience should be a five and it wasn't for me.

Lovliest and caring vets we have ever had! The treatment of our dying pet was amazing; they work through how to handle the issues of our other dog.Parking is tight but always available.

The staff are friendly and amazing, and Julia is the best vet my pets have seen. She is caring and considerate and always takes her time to get to know you and talk to you and make sure everything is clear. She is by far worth the money she costs (which I'm told is more than some vets).

Decent staff but very over priced and the building had a mouldy smell and wasn't very clean for a 'hospital'. Dr. Sears seemed scattered and couldn't focus on the appoinment at hand.

This place is a joke. Unfortunately Dr. Sears lacks costumer service and basic social graces. Loyalty to her long standing costumers is very poor. She appears to be only in it for the money. I will never refer any of my fellow dog/boxer lovers to this clinic.

I have made Sears Animal Hospital my regular hospital for my dog, Spyro. My first visit was amazing with Dr. Bonnie Wesley. She was so thorough and took the time to explain everything that I needed to do with Spyro. My dog got top notch treatment by Bonnie and the staff. They were so friendly and smiling continually. My second visit was with Dr. Julie. She was so friendly as well and explained the condition of my girl to me and what preventative measures to use for sicknesses that my breed of dog could acquire. Sears Animal Hospital also called me to check up on my dog to see how she was doing after the first visit. They worked with my budget to ensure my dog was getting the proper care. Simply amazing people at this hospital and I will never take my dog anywhere else...not even if I moved out of the city. Spyro is a Sears Dog for life. Great Job Dr. Bonnie, Dr. Julie and staff!!!!

I brought my dog into Sears Animal Hospital while my regular vet was away on vacation. Dr. Bonnie Wesley was the most caring vet I have ever dealt with. My dog was very sick, and although this was the first time treating him, she did everything she could for me and Bentley. He was normally terrified of going in for check-ups, but ran through the parking lot and straight into her arms when he saw her! Unfortunately he didn't make it, treatment and all… But I am glad that I came to this clinic during his last few weeks. Bonnie and the other staff even went as far as to making a donation to the London Humane Society in his memory (he was a rescue, also). Thank you Bonnie!!

I highly recommend this vet hospital. The staff are friendly. Dr. Sears is thorough, kind and just an outstanding doctor. She spent a lot of time with my pet and makes good judgments when diagnosing. Most importantly she doesn't "overdiagnose" and she doesn't test for every-little-thing which means that one is not stuck paying for an endless amount of lab work. Overall, this is an excellent clinic.

Julia has been the vet to my boxer dogs for 20 years. She is incredible! She is so kind, gentle and compassionate. She is so down to earth and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgable and for this breed in particular. She is an amazing doctor and absolutely lovely person and I would recommend her highly!!

Dr. Sears has been our vet for over 20 years... she is kind, caring, compassionate and very competent. We have always had great experiences here and I would highly recommend her and her associate Dr. Cooley. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

This is a wonderful clinic. I had my two dogs there yesterday and Julia Sears spent over an hour with them. She was very gentle and understanding with my GSD who is nervous at the vets. She is also extremely thorough. Love this vet and this clinic!

When I lived in London Julia told me my dog was dangerous and should not be allowed near children. My black lab X is now 14 years old. She's a wonderful dog who's shown no aggression towards anything other than our cat, she's bitten nothing! Julia went ballistic because I had an outstanding account of $24 or a few weeks. Her diagnosis from one moment to the next was contradictory, and I'm glad I moved away. Nuf said.

We have a geriatric black lab that issues keep coming up and they have been great in helping us care for her. We have used this clinic for the past 15 years and they are so willing to help, will never go anywhere else. Keep up the caring work.

Julia Sears is an AMAZING vet. Her support staff are knowledgeable, kind and very committed to their customers -- both human and animal. I cannot recommend them enough -- they have been my only choice for 12 years. If you are in London, Ontario there is no better vet to go to -- trust me!
