So grateful for the kindness,care,and understanding. No appointment,never a patient,holiday walk in. My little dog and I were put in a private room, medical issue was addressed immediately. Consultation regarding treatment was detailed. Price and decision was given time to consider. The outcome was final. I couldn’t have asked for more empathy, support,or gentleness. they try to push unnecessary testing that adds up fast with no positive conclusion. They have a new young inexperienced vet that wants to test for any and everything. They used to be awesome, but over the last year their awesomeness has declined and now I'm seriously considering another vet, one that doesnt charge me $12 per needle for shots or testing.

I was referred to Dr. Patti through a work friend. Dr. Patti was great; however, her practice was too liberal. Dr. Patti put too much trust on her staff. I have a dog cremated and her urn was left in the office drawer for over a month (my dog's name, her owner's name, and contact phone# were clearly marked on the urn). When my dog was going through some tests, nobody bothered informing the owner that the dog would be kept overnight, either. The clinic has a grooming business in the back, there is never a staff in the front to greet you when you arrive. The clinic has been run like a circus, super unprofessional, and chaos. It is definitely a thumbs down. I went back to my old vet. I stopped referring Dr. Patti to my other friends.

Being new to this area, I asked around to find out about a good vet. Dr. Patti was highly recommened. When going in for a general exam I was greated immediatley. At the exam, I like how Dr did not talk down to me like I did not understand. Overall, great practice.

I loved this doctor at her past hospital and followed her to the newly opened hospital and it is a sad site. The staff leaves a lot to be desired as I was disappointed to she that Dr. McCormack employed the less educated ones and her presentation was way to casual for a doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Patty since I move to Reno/Sparks in the mid 1990's. I was elated when she finaly open her own clinic and the staff is out standing. My kids go in almost every two for their grooming (Lonnie) does an excelent job. I don't have to worry about any of the care which has been given. The kid are alway excited when they arrive at the clinic (their day at the spa). Max & Maggie loves you guys (girls)

Kreature Komforts is awesome - they have helped all of our dogs with everything. They're well priced and very helpful.
