Apparently someone "new" booked me an appointment for a test that they only do on dogs, despite me calling about my cats. Even if someone is new they should be able to differentiate between cats and dogs. So I put my cats in their carrier and drove over an hour for nothing. Since I was there I said hey do you have medicated eye drops that I can pick up for my cat Raven since I'm here, since I'd like to try something different from the eye ointment I have. I was told yes, the doctor had to provide them. So I waited. Then the doctor said all he could offer me was the eye ointment I already had. So then not only did I waste hours of my and my cat's lives, I also paid $69 to walk away with NOTHING. Beware-- such a wildly incompetent staff. I own a home in Markleeville but will never ever return here.
