They did great damage to my cat who came me n with ear infection and left with possible neurological damage. Kept charging me first for ear drops then for ear wash at over $50 each both of which didn't help. Gave my cat several shots and things that were totally unnecessary. Vet did not know what he was talking about. I took their wellness plan and then cancelled it at a great cost to me because I didn't want to have to bring my cat back here ever again. Will go to VCA.
