Never seen such ridiculous charges for pet services. My dog had heat stroke, which I treated at home, however wife was worried so we took him here and they kept him overnight and did bloodwork. $416.00 to tell me he is fine. Out of having no other option at the time I brought my cat in when he started dragging his back legs and could not walk so I rushed him over, I explained what was going on, however I told them before they do anything other than an exam I wanted to be advised on what it would cost and what his chances were. They took more than one x-ray which I did not authorize and gave him pain meds just to tell me that they could operate but it would cost around $3,000-4,000 and 95% chance he still would not make it. If that was the case then why give pain meds when you gonna have to put him to sleep. I hated to have to do that and it made it worse knowing that I had to pay over $500 dollars just to tell me he would not make it. Vegas period has the greediest vets.
