Upstate Vets is a fantastic veterinary practice with excellent doctors and staff. Our regular vet wouldn't touch our cat's ophthalmic problem, but Upstate Vets did a fantastic job on him. They are friendly, helpful, and VERY competent.

This place is amazing. My dog was given a 30% survival chance, but the surgeons saved his life by doing emergency surgery. They always called me and gave me updates during his stay and they were very friendly and compassionate and were very good to my little guy. They are very expensive, but it was worth it to save my little guy. So this is the place to go for a second opinion, or to give your pet a second chance.

The Upstate is fortunate to have a facility like this in Greenville. Dr. Dermot Jevens and his staff are highly qualified, very good at what they do and up on the leading techniques and methods for treating serious veterinary illnesses. We had the unfortunate experience of having to treat our dog for cancer. The staff helped us through a tough time and we felt that we got the best treatment, and the best guidance possible during this difficult time. Dr. Jevens went above and beyond the call of duty and was there for us anytime we needed him and spent a great deal of time explaining the treatments and options that we had. He also made it clear he would do whatever we wanted to treat our dog, but he also spoke up as an advocate for our dog when the time came to make tough decisions. This is a great veterinary practice!
