We adopted a cat from the Nevada Humane Society that had several medical challenges. Although Lake View was not on the list of free checkup vendors, they gave our new family member her first checkup and shots for free. When it came time to face her medical problems, Lake View worked with us knowing the costs were more than we had anticipated. She had to be kept over the weekend and the staff checked went in to check on her and gave us phone updates regularly. They were responsive, caring (to both the animal and us), and explained things in a complete and concise, yet understandable fashion. This is our third family member that received their medical needs there and we would look nowhere else.
