I've been with this vet for almost 15 yrs and they were great they had cared deeply about their patients but the past 2 years they have just been horrible first off they changed their payment plan that you have to pay in full well that's fine but when you've been a client for so long maybe you could bend a little 2nd I lost my baby girl she was sick but curable he wanted to wait it put the weekend and see if she got better well she didn't and within 24hrs she passed and he knew what happened! He knew! And did nothing about it! I am currently in the process of looking for a new vet I have totally lost my trust in them its all about the $$ now which breaks my heart cuz my baby didn't have to die! And when I called for her results I was rudely talked and yelled at by this assistant and told me to quit calling ill get the results when the dr feels like calling sooo my advice is to look else where!
