I have been taking my dog to this facility for many years, they used to be very good, the staff were excellent but in recent years the service has really gone downhill. My dog recently developed diabetes and they ended up charging me $1,500 to treat her, even though we have been loyal customers for many years they would not even consider a payment plan, I offered to break the payments in two, one now and another in 15 days. No go, the receptionist staff say its up to the vet and the vet says its up to the receptionist staff. The vet told me he would wait for mr til 1:30 pm as i had to work however when i showed up to pick up my dog at 12:30 he had already left, apparently to some luncheon, didn't even call to tell me. Very proffesional, right? Then, when I called later today to ask some addiotional questions, they said all the vets were busy and they would call me back. That was at 2 pm its now 5:15 and still no callback.

Very RUDE staff..Too young and in a constant frenzy to get you in and out! They think they know it all as receptionists, and think they are vet techs...Pathetic at best.
