The numerical scores don't really give me a chance to rate the perceived quality of care/ extent to which staff are well-trained and competent, so I had to adjust scores to try to reflect this. The support staff is very pleasant and kind. The facilities are up to date. But like several other posters, I have/had serious concerns. I believe mistakes were made with one pet, giving her a fatal infection. I contacted the head of the hospital and he seemed very concerned, and I hope corrective steps were taken, but I did not want to take a chance with other pets and have not returned. I fully understand that risks are always present.

I took my cats there for several years. It's an impressive looking office and they seem to have a lot of state of the art equipment - so I didn't initially mind their ridiculously high prices. In the long rn they made TWO very serious mistakes misdiagnosing each of my animals on seperate occassions, completely taking me to the cleaners, over their mistakes. They are INCOMPETANT and WILDLY overpriced. Don't even THINK about trying Caring Hands. You may very well regret it.

These Vets are only interested in one thing and that is $$$$$$$$$$!!! They do not care about your pet! They almost killed my dog with vaccinated her, They gave her too much of the vaccine and caused my dog to have a permanent cyst on her back! After taking her to several other vets it was determined that they used the wrong Vaccine and injected it very wrong!!

Great vet! Always kind and sensitive, they seem state of the art with many tests on site. The Doctors also let you into the back to observe minor procedures (blood draw, etc). Caring Hands is very clean and they are open to you checking things out. Highly recommended!

My pets, dog and cat, get excellent care at great prices. Even though no emergency care available, they are available by phone 24/7. Highly recommend and have had good experience will each Vet I have dealt with and all the staff.
