We ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Schmidt and his staff.
Dr. Schmidt has seen our family through the loss of 2 beloved cats, one due to kidney disease and another a (seizure) disorder. He saw us through the loss of our beloved German Shepherd due to a rare cancer of the spleen. He performed an intricate surgery on him that kept him alive for another year (this man is a GREAT surgeon). He even paid a house call to my Mother's home when it was time to put down a cat who had been the 15-year companion. I now have more beloved pets - a cat with severe genetic periodontal disease who Dr. Schmidt follows closely and ANOTHER beloved 14 year old Rat Terrier who likes to steal chocolate and other no-no's. Yes he gives his patients' Moms and Dads his cell phone number and I have used it many times after hours at no charge just to ask a question.
Know this is a one-Vet office. He usually has two or three staff members assisting. I love this Vet.

I loved Dr. Schmitt, he is a wonderful veterinarian. He and his staff took the time to explain all of my questions regarding my pet. I was able too call back and get additional answers. I felt very comfortable and knew that he understood my feelings attachment to my dog. He was very competent and up on the latest alternatives in veterinary medicine.

I had bad experience with this Vet Hospital. They do not communicate well and their prices are terrible. They wanted to charge me more than half of what the Vet that I got a second opinion from and who I actually ended getting service from. They will not work with you either in terms of payments.

Terrible care for my dog, and insanely overpriced. They take advantage of pet owners, especially when they are at their most vulnerable, when pets are in need of medical care. Awful.
