I brought my cats died due to old age - two cats. At both times, I appreciate the doctor and staff's warm kind words at the very sad time. They seemed to be more personal and friendly than the other one near by.

I have been a longtime client and my dogs vet is always running late. At my last visit there were new staff who did not seem to have much experience. My vet is nice but the service is going downhill.

Contrary to all these negative comments, I would like to share my positive experience with the clinic, staff and doctors! When my big black lab suddenly was unable to get up and panting in pain I called the clinic and Dr. Blain arranged to come to our home to diagnose and administer pain medication. Obviously, they charged us but that is expected...they are the professionals! Dr. Blain diagnosed him gave us all our options and supported my family and I. She gave me her personal email and encouraged me to contact her any time if I had any concerns or questions! She helped our family have one extra year with our dog and when it was time to let him go Dr. Blain made the arrangements and Dr. Pigeon came to our home to euthanize him. They were compassionate and professional. A few days later the doctors sent us a hand written sympathy card with loving sentiments and all the staff members signed it! Debbie and Corrine the technicians are very profess and caring also! Thank you!

This is very unsatisfying veterinary clinic. some of the staff are bitter sweet let alone the money grubbing vets, they do not seem to have animal compassion. not to mention i was early for my appointment and the vet took 35 minutes to see me, i will never go back

This place is still open? I took me cat here a few years ago. They had to take an x-ray of my cat. As they were taking the x-ray they said "OH, the cat moved". We'll have to take another x-ray. They wanted to charge me for two x-rays when they couldn't properly restrain the cat. When I went to another vet, they then wanted to charge me to have my file sent to the other clinic even after they had taken 700 dollars from me and couldn't give me a diagnosis. This place should be shut down. If you even remotely like your pet, don't go anywhere near this place!!!

They want your money. They will give your animal any and every test to cost you more money. They then wouldn't even give me a final diagnosis and I had to go elsewhere. Mercifully, my pet is still alive no thanks to them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I spent over 600 dollars to find out why my cat is sick. Dr.Blain does not explain in a clear manner the diagnosis. All they seem to care about is getting you to pay for more tests or for more expensive food. They realy do not seem as though they care about the overall wellness of your animal. I will not be returning.

They are on the expensive side (They charge to cut cat's claws). My cat had some type of allergy that affected his ears and their method of explaining how to put administer all the drugs was a bit unclear.
