Very disappointed in this clinic, as we have been taking our cats here for several years. We are having a flea problem with our cats and I told the vet my cat had lost weight, asked if she might have tapeworm and she just shrugged it off. Fast forward a week and a half, and both cats have confirmed tapeworm. I purchase deworming pills from them but they are huge so I call up the vet to see if we could bring in the cats so they could give them the pills. I was told if we brought the cats in they would need a deworming shot, even after we had already bought the pills and were definitely expecting to pay for the visit to help us give the cats these pills. The girl on the phone insisted we go to Crosby Pet shop to get pill pocket treats, which didn't work for us, and the same girl pushed Crosby Pet shop for exterminating services for our flea problem. Obviously the vet and pet shop have some kind of deal. Also the flea meds they gave us, Vectra, aren't working. Never again!

the front desk staff is very nasty and they ignore you!!!! i have gone here for years but have finally had it!
