I have been going there for years and I beg to differ with that negative review. Obviously that person doesn't understand how triage works! Also the Dr. cannot give treatment unless an exam was performed. No vet would give a client the treatment to perform in the waiting room...Moron! I can only say that Dr. Martin Jr. is a damn good vet. He cannot control other animal hospitals hours but he offered that person another place to go which is good protocol especially if you are dealing with another emergency which was extreme if he had to go to surgery. If you meet him you will see how compassionate and caring a person he is! My animals love...love...love...him! Do you trust a person who can't even write a review in proper english? Definitely doesn't understand hospital protocol!

The Service here is terrible. I took my puppy in to be treated in for an emergency because she had eaten chocolate. The chocolate that she ate was very fatal because it is from the pure cocoa bakers chocolate. The Secretary Nurse along with the vet had me waiting in the waiting room for nearly 30mins, after I waited SO long they tell me that the vet wasn't able to treat my puppy because he needed to perform surgery on a cat. I begged so that the vet can allow me to give my puppy the medicine while he performed this "emergency surgery", but he denied me and sent me to another vet that was ALREADY CLOSED! . I had to look online on my own to find a remedy to induce vomiting ASAP to save my precious puppy. Thank Goodness I was able to do it with 3% hydrogen peroxide which is NOT recommended but the only choice I had. she is Okay. BUT I HIGHLY FEEL THAT NO ONE SHOULD GO TO THESE PEOPLE WHEN YOUR PET HAS EATEN POISON ! I SURELY WONT!
