Former clients for 10+ years, we are sad to see what this animal clinic has become. Our dog was sent home post sedation without any pain meds and has been suffering since. The emergency, after hours number is actually the phone number of a non-affiliated animal hospital who don't have any info on your pet. The staff is aggressive and completely apathetic. It's a father/ son practice and while the father is a sweetie, the son is not at all. They don't have capacity to treat the families they have - last time I was there a dog was suffering chocolate poisoning, laying in the waiting room and vomiting on the floor - and was not receiving medical attention because they were busy with regular appointments. The last time my dog was sick and needed meds for vomiting and dehydration, they said they didn't have time to see her for months. All the vets in our neighborhood are super busy but any of them would be a better choice than this one.

This is the vet you dream about! There is always plenty of time to discuss all aspects of treatment with the knowledgable staff. Referrals are given with a choice of specialists. Prices are a bargain. These people love animals.
