I've seen David Henson twice. The first time he wasn't personable. I was upset but let it go. He alone is why I'm giving the staff low marks. I can deal with that, the reason for the review is what I feel are obvious hidden charges, and extra charges. I consider them expensive to begin with, but yesterday I signed and agreement for 380 for nuetering my pet with an 80 dollar Charge to remove a wart and biopsy. Upon pick up, I was charged 680 dollars. I asked what about the agreement I signed" The response was "he forgot to tell you you had to also pay for lab work". Honestly, I felt like I had been scammed. I've had Several other issues. Promises of calls back for dog training, but none. Wanting to charge for an actual office visit to give my dog a second in s round of shots while he was being boarded there. But they ALWAYS hit you with these charges after they've done the work so your left feeling helpless and taken advantage of. I'm taking my 3 dogs and leaving.
