They wanted to do perform a 'quality of life exam' before euthanizing my 16 year old cat with kidney diseases & an over-active thyroid. Thanks for making a heart-breaking decision more painful.

We use to take our dog there all the time and never had an issue until he started getting older. Once our dog hit 10 years old it seemed like they wanted to up sell us on something every time we went in. They wanted us to get his teeth cleaned yearly which is a procedure in in itself where they have to be put under. He also had bladder surgery to have stones removed which came back not even 6 months later! The last time we took him there was to have an ear infection treated. They basically refused to treat him and said we would have to go to the university vet in Saskatoon to have his ear canal removed! Our dog was 13 years old there was no way I was having such a huge surgery done so close to his brain at 13 years old! Tm'z never contacted us & neither did the university clinic. We started going to another clinic in Regina, one that could actually get us in same day if needed and they cleared his ear right up! Our dog has since passed & we will not be taking our new puppy there ever.

Started going to this clinic several years ago. At first were very happy, but over time have become very disenchanted. Service has dropped to zero. Last year our dog was hurt badly in a scuffle and they told us they couldn't get her in until late the next day. Took her to the Animal Clinic in Regina - surgery and a two night stay and she was ok. We took our 3 dogs out of TMz's care, but left our cats with them. I just called (took 4 attempts to get an answer) as our oldest cat is very sick. Asked to have him looked at and likely euthanized. Today is December 29th and they offered a January 9th appointment. That is not care and compassion - that is cruel and torturous. Really sad excuse for a vet clinic. Neil & Andrea Miligan

Refused to listen to my concern something was wrong with my dog. Said it was arthritis as visual exam 3 times! He died 8 months later from metastasized cancer. :-(

After being recommended by many people to go here I decided to take my puppy to get spayed and was so impressed with how kind and professional the staff was. Everything went perfectly and they called me right when she was done surgery and explained everything. I definitely recommend this vet clinic to everyone!! Thank-you for taking care of my baby!

they are by far the best vet clinic i have ever been to. I drive 1.5 hrs (total of 3 hrs) because I know they are the best. It's inconvenient for us but it's worth it. They show genuine concern and care for my animals I am not just a number. I appreciate you!

Phenomenal. When I had to make the hard decision to put my precious kitty down Tanya was so kind and helpful. She made the entire process much easier on us and was sensitive to our situation. She came out to our place and was so caring and understanding. She is not in it for the money her heart is in the right place. She is a gift from God for sure.

I love this clinic and the staff that works there. Everyone is friendly, knowledgable compassionate and caring. My dog had an unfortuante accident on the Saturday of a long weekend, right before closing time, and it was the same weekend the clinic was relocation to the new office. Dr. Marshall didn't hesitate once about me bringing the dog in. They took great care of her, told me all our options and suppported the choices I made. My dog is home and one the mend and I give credit to Dr. Marshall and her team. Congratulations on the new clinic, it is fantastic!!

Our first time at the clinic was amazing. They were fantastic. Our girls are home(two cats), happy, and healing well with barely a scar to show for going under the knife. We had the pleasure of interacting with other patients and the chance to see how the staff handle a variety of pets. I highly recommend them, they are worth the drive out there. As a long time pet owner I was blown away by the friendly and conversational staff, and the reactions of the animals in facilities. It was nice to be treated like person with a pet, and not like paycheque (as I feel at other vet offices) Thanks so much TMZ - Zinnia & Merlow

Dr. Tanya Marshall is a great vet. Very prompt even if travelling a distance and very thorough. I wouldn't get any other vet for my horse!

Dr. Tanya and her staff in Lumsden and Davidson are amazing! My, dad took his elderly dogs to them, and also their cats. We have taken our two dogs, one which needed an amputation, and the staff were caring, wonderful and set our minds at ease. Both our cats have been to Davidson too, and very efficient and no-nonsense!

I have nothing but good things to say about Tanya, Cindy in Davidson, and the staff in Lumsden. They are kind, compassionate and really care about the animals they see. We drove from Kenaston, north of Davidson, to Lumsden to have my 86 year old dad's kitten spayed and it was well worth the trip to know that Gracie was in good hands. Thanks to all of you!
