If you are looking for someone who knows their stuff do yourself a favor and see Dr. Clay Glenn. He is terrific. He is a great listener and anxious to find the problem and cure. When I first went to this vet one of my cats because very sick after getting shots and neutered. for a long period of time he had to be brought back on a daily basis after a hospital stay. I did not like the fact that almost every visit he had to see a new doctor due to their schedules. The stress alone of a new facility much less different assistants, different voices, different touches was stressful for me as wellmuch less my cat. Now thank goodness that is behind him and we are dealing with another issue but have the luxury to schedule appointments for him. I will have Dr. Glen seeing both my animals and no one else if it can be avoided. He is wonderful. We Thank You Dr. Glen for your great care and concern.

I have been a client of East Orlando Animal hospital for 4 years now and couldnt ask for more. We have seen 3 or the doctors but prefer Dr. Mariah Kimball. She is not there to sell you anything like I feel many vets try to do, she genuinely cares about the health and well being of my animals. We utilize the daycare facility as well, and have made great strides in the socialization and obedience of my dogs. The staff is sooo good with my boys, it seems as though they are canine celebrities every time i drop them off. Excellent staff and facility, we will NEVER go anywhere else.

Certification from East Orlando Veterinarians of Petland puppies to be completely free of certain illnesses and parasites prove false once you get them actually tested.

Dr. Manley was knowledgable, upbeat, and positive. She spent time with me and my rabbit until I felt comfortable with everything. Made sure I knew what I needed to know and answered all my questions. Yes they are a tad expensive, but what respectable place isn't? At least they accept care credit. The tests ordered were valid and the product sold was helpful to a new rabbit owner. I paid banfield over $600 when my cat had some urinary emergency and it was an all around bad experience. A friend took her bunny to ban field and the advice almost could have killed her bunny. Would you want to gamble with your loved one? I wouldn't. I may not lodge there because of the reviews but I recommend giving this doctor a chance to prove you made a good decision.

I have been going to this vet for years, although I guess it has just been complacency on my part. They are way overpriced, and are constantly overselling tests and services. I recently took my cat in to get antibiotics for a kidney infection, and they wanted to charge me for $700 worth of lab tests, medication, and whatnot! Also, the vet tech was rough with my cat, and he was hissing and trying to get back in the carrier to get away from her. He is normally a very sweet cat, so that is unusual behavior for him.

I'm normally loathe to give a 'rave' review of anything, but in the case of East Orlando Animal Hospital, I'll make an exception. When my dog was repeatedly misdiagnosed by another vet over the course of 6 months, I eventually brought him to Dr. Glenn at East Orlando. It took him 5 minutes (that's not an exaggeration) to find the problem and lay out a plan for addressing it. Costs were described up front and fully explained, follow up exams were included in the cost I paid for surgery (no 'nickle and dime' routine). But honestly, what really impressed me was the follow up phone calls from the Doctor. He called twice over the course of three weeks just to check on how my dog was doing. The staff was outstanding - treating my dog like he was their own, always coming out from behind the counter to greet him. This is a very reputable clinic with outstanding professionals who have genuine care for their patients.

I have been going to this vet for over 10 years. Since they have changed locations from across the street I have notice a SEVERE decline across the board. They used to be over priced but worth it. Now they are just overpriced! We boarded our dog in their "lodge"... I thought it was odd YOU HAD TO PAY FOR A BATH before pick up. Now I know why! They let the dogs stay in their own and other dogs ****. Don't let the shiny new digs fool you, STAY AWAY!!! They gave my dog worms and then over charged me to treat. I was told i could order meds online to save a few, after waiting 10 days I get a call saying they don't do that. I would have to come back in and pay $5/ prescript. Now I have to bring my newborn baby and 3 yo back to the place that has a severe worm infestation to pick up a script. This happened to a 10 year cust who has spent thousands with over the years. (By the way we have boarded at lots of places over the years and this is the first time our dog got worms.) Stay away please!

Inexperienced and incompetent! Dr. Manley is simply nothing more than a saleswoman. The care my dog received was terrible. My dog was restrained for 8 hours in a cage without any care or water waiting for a test. The staff is rude and are dishonest. If you love your pets, do not take them here! Please, learn from my mistake. Don't be fooled by the new facility! (I think Dr. Manley wrote the favorable review herself!)

Dr. Manely has been great! She is always there to answer my questions and concerns. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Manely always talks to me about different options we can try instead of putting our animals on medication right away. I would highly recommend them.

If you like high pressure sales from the moment you walk in the door, this is your place.Overpriced beyond belief. Was actually charged a fee of $5 per day for "playing" with my dog while I boarded him, as well as an $19 charge for him being a large dog (50 pound spaniel) on top of the $18 a day charge for a dog that size.I have never been to a vet who can come up with the most ridiculous charges, you seriously just laugh when you get the bill. Was told they would match the price for frontline that I bought online, just bring in proof of the cost online and they would meet it....well, they'd meet it, after a $10 "courteosy" fee.You can totally tell they demand that the staff try to sell you constantly. They insist the animals still get annual shots for rabies even though you can now go 3 years, they claim they don't do the yearly shot.Wonder why? They require more shots than necessary for your pets. They do not have their best interests at heart, at all, only their pocketbooks.

The good part about this vet is that you can get an appointment at anytime. The bad part is their expensive and when you are one the phone with the staff, the treat you like your stupid if you ask them to explain some thing. It is as if you are almost afraid to ask question because of their attitude.

Charge way too much, and are only interested in making money. They dont actually care about the animals, and the really sick ones are left in a little room all by themselves with very little ventilation and almost no interaction. Also, some of the technicians can be very rough with the animals.

Knowledgeable about feline/canine nutrition. Some of the vet techs feed a raw diet. They still sell Science Death and Pukenuba, though.
