Dr. Randall is fantastic. My horse had a small growth on his eyelid and was treated by Dr. R and he now is looking great. Very pleased!

As honest as they get. Sometimes honesty is not wanted or welcomed. Bring your horse here, see any vet, get good quality work done to the best of their ability, pay your bill at the time of service AS REQUESTED BY THE SIGN AT THE DOOR, and if you have any problems give them a call. What more can you ask for?

Dr Hutka was referred to me by a friend and has been the best vet. He is always punctual and professional. The clinic is always clean and in good running order. My horses have had a number of different issues and all have been dealt with, with the utmost care. I have always been quoted correct prices. Dr.Collier and Dr.Randall have also see my horses and have been professional and efficient. My horses always receive exceptional care, even from the assistants working in the barn. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone living in the area.

Dr Marcus Hutka has been my vet for over 5 years. No matter when I call him he calls me back (within reason) and is always ready to listen to me. He has helped me purchase horses, treated my horses with care and conservation. He is always upfront about costs and genuine with his opinion. Dr Hutka is a kind hearted vet with good morals as a man. I have not delt with Dr. Collier as much but he has always been polite and interested in what my needs are. He has taken time to show my children interesting things happening at the clinic and always has a good joke or two. The office staff knows me by name and is always friendly. I will say that I pay my bills on time and do not expect miracles from Dr Hutka and know that he is only human and does the best that is humanly possible. I have recommended Dr Hutka to several of my friends and they are happy also.

we went to several clinics for our horses, living for sometimes in California and we never found a clinic so great: people, facilities, billing, etc...We have been going there now for many years and will never change clinic!

Staff is very knowledgeable, nice & helpful. Facilities are great. I like taking my horses there as I know that whatever problem will be fixed. They will travel to my place when needed such as emergencies.

I am taking my horses to Dr. Collier for about 10 years now. He has always provided excellent service and care and has given me great advice. He is very experienced and usually comes to the correct diagnosis quickly. He performed surgery on one horse last year removing a tooth and everything healed without any complications. His quote for the procedure was right on the money. I highly recommend Dr. Collier.

This clinic farms out surgeries and charges the client a huge inflated price. Clinic owners wife is horrible. Ethics isn't part of their practice.

Bait and switch? Beware if you are doing a vet check on a horse. The vet tells a trainer selling the horse that the horse passes the vet check before even finishing looking at the x-rays. Forget customer service, it's hard to tell whose interest is being served, but when the bill is handed to the customer, it will be theirs without a doubt, even if you are quoted differently. The reason for this rating is to prevent others from making the mistake of trusting this vet to do a vet check evaluation on the buyers behalf, and to also prevent others from trusting what they are told by the vet in regard to prices. If you do, or must, use this vet, get their prices in writing prior to exam and work done, and I certainly would not use them to do a vet check if they are in any way affiliated with the trainer or seller.

Purchase Vet Check: The customer told vet that this was their first purchase vet check (although they own several horses. The customer asked the vet what the cost would be for all the different tests. She was told $450 maximum. She asked the cost of each test and was told a dollar value. When the testing was over and she was ready to pay the bill, the dollar value went from $450 to $775. The vet that quoted the $450 prices was gone from the office. Very convenent, huh! The customer paid the $450 amount that she had been told before the testing began. She was threatened by Dr. Collier (owner) that they would pursue the greater amount, even though the other vet (Ford) had told the customer that the charge would be $450.
