This place is horrible, the kennel assistant in the presence of Dr. David Ouart held our 11 wk puppy so tight in a body hold and clamped his mouth shut that his lungs were bruised and caused his mouth to bleed. Our puppy had to be placed on oxygen and given an IV, he became weak and had labored breathing. Our sweet innocent puppy was only 7 lbs. and he died needlessly 24 hours later. We are devastated and can not understand how a vet. can employ someone not properly trained in the care of animals. This was a form of cruelty to animals,our little guy was slowly tortured. If you truly love your pet DO NOT take them there.
