My 2 experiences with this facility were less than impressive. Our first visit was our dog's first checkup, and the woman we saw was friendly, but spent very little time with us. During our second visit, we saw a male vet who completely turned us off from bringing our dog there again. We mentioned that once in a while she scratches her ears, and we wanted to know if we should be cleaning them regularly. Instead of a simple response or listening to the answers we gave him about severity or frequency, he spoke over us. He informed us that she MAY have a food allergy, and that he would sign us up for a VERY expensive food program which would help determine what her allergy was. We quickly turned this down due to how over-the-top that was for a bit of scratching and because of a limited budget. After that, he clipped her nails upon our request, and he cut her vein on the first attempt. He hurriedly passed us off to the receptionist with no further guidance about her ear. Nothing good.
