I called this Clinic after just moving to the area. My cat had some eye discharge and I called to see if they could see him. I was put on hold for a long time, then told they had no appointments available that day or the next. I asked if there was another hospital in the area they would recommend, explaining I had just moved here, and they said they couldn't, then the receptionist got nasty with me and gave me a lecture about how I had to have him seen right away and how I was being irresponsible by not having a vet look at him. What? I called to bring my cat in, they said they couldn't see him, how was I being irresponsible? So, my cat was never seen there, but the receptionist made it pretty clear how they run their practice!
