STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!
Was told that a first time puppy visit would be $79 (called 2 separate occasions to confirm price) and was charged $130 despite front desk saying they made a mistake. Also gave my puppy additional shots than what was discussed. One that had been given 2 days prior, despite having the list and dates of the puppy's vaccines. The visit was also way too long, clocking in over 2 hours for the entire visit. Don't waste your time and money.

Dr. Thayer refused to help my pet after one treatment. Gave me false information and I almost put my pet down. Because of his unprofessionalism and his refusal to let us speak in private, I brought my animal elsewhere. They were able to save him buy exploring all the other options (that were not told to me). Overall I would not recommend him to anyone.

I completely disagree. Dr. Thayer and his staff could not be more professional and compassionate. He has saved two of my dogs lives. I suspect the previous reviewer is the type of client that calls three times in a day but doesn't want to bring their pet in or spend any money..just take up time. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone who wants quality care.

Called yesterday am that our golden (who Dr. Thayer has cared for) was very sick. Asked for a call back. Was told Dr. was busy. Called two hours later. Was told Dr. was in surgery. Called again today. Receptionist says "I gave him the message. It isn't my fault if he doesn't call back." If you have any other options, I would try someplace else.
