12/2/14   1     1     1     1   Was my Vet so I left my dog while out of town.I took her own food & treats as she's grain intolerant.I told them not to let her eat anything else & I was assured she would be fed only her food. When I returned she looked weak & droopy & was told she just missed me. I took her home she wouldn't eat & kept vomiting.I noticed hardly any of her food was used & most of her treats were still there.I found other food in her bag. It appeared that when I picked her up they dumped what was left in the bowl back in the bag & it wasn't the same.I took her back to the vet & explained what had happened. I Was still charged $300 +for tests & IV then told nothing found but dehydration to take her home & feed a bland diet. I was afraid I was going to lose her, but was able to nurse her back. Their excuse for feeding her the wrong food was, must have been a new employee. That should excuse it?I shouldn't have had to pay. They didn't notice she was so sick she was getting dehydrated? Horrible experience! RID: 54830
Click to report rating    3/29/07   5     5     1     5   There are great vets who've worked there forever and a rotating door of vets who are still wet around the ears. Front office staff need customer service training to help them deal effectively with apparent over-booking issues and constant angry customers. Dr Wilson is worth it. He's a little hard on owners for whatever they may have done (or not done) to contribute to their pet's illness when applicable. He knows his stuff and is really a nice guy. He sent us a card and arrangement when our dog died. RID: 3218
Click to report rating    2/9/07   1     1     1     1   I took my dog to All Valley for a simple teeth cleaning. She was NEVER treated. I called several times to check on her status only to find that she not yet had the procedure. By 4pm I had had enough and said that I would be coming to get her. When I got to the clinic the counter attentant yelled at me saying that if I were a good pet owner I would leave her there overnight to have the cleaning the next day. Why on earth would I leave her there to be neglected by the staff another day? They had obviously overbooked and were more concerned about collecting payments for a high volume of procedures than with the health of their patients. When the attendant brought my dog out she was all sweaty and obviously upset. When I got home at 5pm she got very sick. She actually was shaking when she urinated as she hadn't been allowed out to the bathroom all day! Mind you I dropped her off at 7am. She was in PAIN! I took her to another vet who commented that this is common with that clinic. Don't go! RID: 2774
