Dr. Good helped our Shepherd, when no one else could. He made himself available before and after hours for shot treatments that brought the puppy back into our 4 year old Shepherd. We love your caring attitude.

I know that Town & Country is very busy and sometimes waiting is necessary. I believe, however, the caring doctors and staff override any minor irritations. Dr. Good is an extremely caring vet who takes the time to help any and all animals he can. I appreciate this facility and the staff very much.

The office needs a good scrubbing...the staff is non-responsive and rude. I was on hold 3 different times for over 10 minutes to talk to someone. Seems Dr. Good is more interested in becoming a "so-called celebrity". What a joke this guy is.

This is a horrible place to take your pet. The place doesn't smell sanitary how can it actually be sanitary. The Dr. C and Dr. Good are neglectful, and do not take action until it is too late. I took my puppy in for a very routine surgery and she died a month later. They said she had e-coli and the infection had gotten too bad. I should also say she was a perfectly healthy 6 month old puppy when I brought her in to be SPAYED of all things. The staff is rude and very unprofessional, losing information and ignoring you when you walk in. Dr. Good should not get credit of this vet, Dr. Jordan and Dr. Adams need to receive the credit.

I was a long time customer but I cannot recommend them. I had an emergency with an older pet and needed a question answered during normal business hours regarding prescribed meds and frightening symptoms. It took 3 calls and 4 days to finally have a vet call me back. This failure to return calls occurred on 2 other occasions. From my experience this was the rule rather than the exception. The facilities are functional. I do understand that Doctors do run late and that emergencies do require attention but I have sat in an examination room for over an hour waiting on the Doctor. As far as monetary value, my perception is that I got slightly less than I paid for. The lack of communications with one particular Vet is very disappointing and disturbing. While Dr. Good may be a good Vet, this is his business and as such he is the person that allows his associates/employees to treat patients in this manner. This type of behavior is unconscionable and inexcusable.

Dr. Good is absolutely amazing. He truly lives up to his name. I wouldn't trust my pets (2 parakeets, 2 cats, 1 kitten) with anyone else. The work he does with Town and Country and the Homeless Pets Foundation is admirable. If only there were more vets like Dr. Good.
