Horrible! The staff is awful and so are the Vets. that decided to stay there after it became corporate owned. Lower then low. This p;ace does not care about your pet like it did for years. Please do not support corporate owned Vets. It is all about $$$$$$$$!

I used to LOVE this vet office. They were great and I brought everything from dogs and cats to ducks and rats to them and they never let me down. Now it's different. I always call ahead of time to make sure that I can afford the procedures I need, and now multiple times I have been quoted a price that is much lower than the price they actually charge me. They used to do almost all their procedures in front of me, which I liked. Now they take my animals in the back where I can not see them in order to do ANYTHING. Even if they are just clipping nails or taking the temperature or giving a shot they take my pet. I really dislike that. If I can not see them do the things they say they are doing, I wonder if I am getting ripped off. Also, I updated both of my dogs rabies shots and they completely screwed up the paperwork. I had to go by the office 3 seperate times to get it straightened out, because I needed the paperwork to get my dog groomed. It actually still isn't right. What happened?

The staff is not upfront about fees and charges. They charge you to bring your dog in to see the vet now $35.00 unless it's for shots. This is ludicrous! The Vets themseleves are GREAT!. The staff is horrible and I will never take a dog back there until the current staff has gone or til one of the vets moves to another location and away from this facility. I have taken all 4 of the dogs we have had to this location and it has been great until recently and it has gone down hill substantially.

The entire staff here is incredible, they have several vets on duty at all times and the girls up front are impossible not to love. They always remember who we are and everything about our pets, and their door is always open, which means the world to us!! We have been customers for around 15yrs and will continue to be as long as they are there. THANKS - A MILLION!!!
