The punctuality and facilities are fine, but I am so disgusted with this vet I had to put them lower. my mother was in tears that her 16 year old cat began having kidney issues, this vet refused to do the test which determines the remaining kidney function (so you have an idea how long the kidneys will hold out). so I call on my mothers behalf and the Dr.'s wife, who is also the secretary, was completely rude and flippant. She tells me they cant release info. about the cat, like God forbid we dont keep the cat's medical issues confidential! it was ridiculous. So I have my mom call back with me on the other phone, and ask her flat out why a vet would refuse the number one most important test for a cat with kidney problems? She said "you'll have to talk to the Dr." then she got very short with my mother and rushed her off the phone. well, the Dr. should know that the test to determine the level of kidney function is the FIRST thing that should be done.
