I have been going there since 1994 and the previous Doctor I had, Dr. Demson (male) was WONDERFUL! I stayed because of him and new I was in good hands. He was respectful, didn't make me feel "unknowledgeable", was very gently to my cat, spoke to me in average terms where I can understand him and never ONCE make me feel unwelcomed. He has since left and I have been treated disrespectfully by staff at the front counters and made to feel like a fool with the doctors. I have so much I can go into, but I don't think it would help. They are a well known vet in the area, and I don't think my comments or experiences will change the income of Dr. Thompson. I'm extremly dissapointed and hurt by the way they have treated me. I believe no matter after a day being a client or 20 years, a person shouldn't be made to feel the way I do everytime I am there/talk to them on the phone. I'm looking for a doctor for my baby the way I would look for a doctor for myself. Problem with that? BITE ME!

Wonderful animal hospital that cares for all types of pets. Vets are there 24/7 for all their patients. Dr. Noelle Perry is the very best there is. I would trust her judgement with my life. She has saved my sanity a number of times when one of my well loved pups were sick and saved the life od my Rat Terrier who developed diabetes and was very ill. She is a wonderful vet who loves the animals she treats. I would recommend her to anyone for any of their pets. There is no other vet in this area as good and as caring as Dr. Perry. Also the staff at the Burrstone Animal hospital are all top notch. They care about your pets and do not charge the exorborant fees like the New Hartford animal hospital and Dr. Mondi whom I would not bring a dead animal to.
