At first they seemed like they knew what they were doing, but then my dog was mis-diagnosed and continued to be ill. They did lots of expensive tests but seemed to be unable to use any diagnostic skills. Wouldn't recommend them and won't be going back!!!!

I was treated very poorly by the vets at this office. They wanted to have lots of expensive testing done on my pet and then when they couldn't find anything wrong wanted MORE expensive tests and when I said no then they didn't want to try and diagnose or even try any other medicines. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I have had a wonderful experience with Halsey East. Their doctors have been very compassionate and understanding through all of my pets routine care and ailments that they have faced. They also have some amazing vet technicians who take the extra time to inform and aid in information to help keep my pets healthy. The practice is also very well kept and I feel safe taking my animals to them. I hope they keep up the good work and let the animals come first.

took my dog for a routine teeth cleaning and tooth extraction and he came out of surgery with a damaged esophagus that prevented him from eating and swallowing his own saliva. They took no responsibility, blaming infection and then blood sugar for his problems. We finally had to demand to see a specialist who dx constricture of esophagus. This specialist wouldn't even entertain the idea of this vet ding the damage but just said spontaneous constricture. It just appeared out of no where after having routine teeth cleaning. This shorten my dog's life and he had trouble eating and swallowing his own saliva. To this day they take no responsibility and never called us to see how he was doing afterward. Come to your own conclusions, but he was healthly and had no problems before going to this clinic. After taking him to the specialist and getting the corect dx, they would not comment to us until they got the specialist report. The specialist is NW Vet and he cmmented to us they refer a lot t
