Click to report rating    1/20/17   1     3     5     1   Along with the other 1 star reviews, the main issue for YEARS has been the help. Other than Puja and Jane, all other non-vet employees were completely incompetent. For example, we would often be told that our dog's insurance form had been sent in. Two weeks later, after the insurance company said they hadn't received anything, I would call and be told "Yes we sent it in." As the years wore on, the bills became more and more expensive. A regular visit would be $400 guaranteed minimum. Finally, at 15 years old our pup was having trouble holding his pee. Apparently, years of blood tests showed increased kidney & liver issues but we were never given any options. When I called and requested to speak to the vet, one of the aforementioned incompetent phone-answerers said "you can bring him in for surgery on Tuesday." I asked to speak to the vet, she said LET'S OPERATE. Let that sink in. At that point I was done. I adopted 2 kittens and took them to Northvale Veterinary Clinic. RID: 62417
Click to report rating    5/13/13   1     1     1     1   This guy witheld sending pain relief prescription for a dying dog with cancer due to a balance owed. The dog died in anguish. The bill was paid to him. His arrears of compassion he'll always owe. Run hard in any direction away from this group RID: 42464
