Dr. Coughlin talkes to you like a child. Performs procedures at additional costs without explaining the fees and is extremely overpriced. Having the nurse show me how to apply ear drops to my cat cost 19.98 and they never told us we'd be charged for the demonstration. I certainly didnt need someone to show me how to squeeze a bottle into an ear. They also performed another 23.43 procedure while only asking if a $15 ear swab was ok to do. The final bill with meds(I had no problem with this expense because obviously meds would be extra)was 96.25 and we had a "free" check up through the adoption agency we purchased our cat from. This place is an over priced joke. DO NOT take your pets there. Don't take my word for it though. There are plenty of reviews on this horrible clinic. I wish I wouldve read them first. They're an affiliate with MVA monroe veterinary association which also gets massive negetive feedback. Learn from my mistakes,stay away from this clinic andany other mva 1
