I had a terrible experience at this animals hospital. My dog was scheduled for a teeth cleaning and the removal of one tooth . I dropped my dog off in the morning and when I picked him up they had removed 7 teeth without my knowledge or approval. The Doctor decided that my dogs teeth were bad and on his own decided to remove them. It was a painful and frustrating experience. I never would have approved the removal of his front teeth if I had known. For years we were told his teeth were fine and all of a sudden 7 teeth have to be removed! The doctors apology gave me no comfort or restored my dogs smile. Please think twice before taking your beloved pet to this hospital.
