very responsible.very polite and attentive. very realistic about issues for your pet and work with you to look at the options for treatment,cost, and what is in the best interest of the pet. very astute in diagnosing a problem with two animals we had, one of whom might have died needlessly without treatment. very dedicated.staff:very polite and helpful. facility:clean. my pet had to spend a few nights inpatient and was just fine when she came home, not agitated (or still sick). Punctuality: Ive never had to wait. Cost: very reasonable considering the services provided are excellent.
