All the staff members are friendly and so personable. I really love that they know me and my pet as soon as we walk through the door - I'm not just 1 of 100 clients they're seeing as an assembly line every day.
You can truly feel the difference in quality of care here vs. other clinics I've been to.
Dr. Sarah is great with our dog. She takes the time to examine him completely, explain everything to us and of course reward him with yummy treats. She worked with us on creating a vaccination schedule that is tailored to our dog's lifestyle - and not just giving him things he doesn't necessarily need.
Windrush also has these awesome "wellness plans" that made it more cost effective for us during our vaccination/heartworm visit.
I have never been to such a caring place - it's definitely worth the drive to Burford!

This is the best clinic we have patronized. We have had many cats through the years, but Chris and Sarah and staff have treated them better than any other vet clinics.

I have been a client at Windrush for the last few years. I've never been a part of such an amazing clinic. The staff truly treat you like part of their family - they're so easy to approach and talk to. They truly care about my pets. Each time I visit, all my options are discussed in detail and any questions I have are answered. Windrush always does their best to work around our hectic life schedule, too! They even have wellness plans that let us spread out the costs for our pets instead of paying for everything all together! This is great when you have multi-pet home! :) We recommend this clinic to everyone we know and couldn't be happier with the service we receive here.

Have taken our cats there for several years and have always received excellent service. Dr. Crombie is particularly knowledgeable. All staff are caring people. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Windrush is a great clinic! I feel so comfortable bringing my pets there. The staff really cares about the animals and always make sure to give them lots of attention. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Very welcoming. Dr. Murdoch is fantastic as is Dr. Crombie. I am completely comfortable with both Dr.'s My pets really like them and are relaxed while there. It is so nice to go to a clinic where they care so much. They go over all the options necessary to help make treatment decisions that benefit my pets the best. They spend the time required and never make me feel rushed. Its a beautiful drive out to the countryside to see them. My pets love them!

Was reffered to the clinic as our usual clinic would not treat guinea pigs. Dr. Murdoch listened to us and was able to help our piggie. Antibiotics were more expensive than at other clinics. Cute little building and the type of atmosphere where a couple of dogs roam freely in the clinic. I would go back in a heartbeat!

A recent move brought us to Binbrook. Our neighbour recommended Windrush when we asked where we should take our 8 year old cat for his annual exam and vaccines. We were very impressed with Dr. Murdoch's expertise and competence. Dr. Murdoch made us feel at ease with her thoughtful and considerate manner. The staff are wonderful and personable in every way. It was a very positive experience. I have no concerns that our cat will receive the best possible care at Windrush. I would not hestiate to leave our cat overnight if it was ever necessary. The facilites are bright, spacious and clean. Fees are reasonable. Lenght of visit was appropriate. We did not feel rushed, all our questions were answered, and there was plenty of time for Dr. Murdoch to obtain a history and complete a thorough exam of our cat. It was a pleasure meeting the staff at Windrush. We definitely recommend this clinic 5/5.

I was very happy with the care Dr Murdoch gave my rabbit. In fact, I don't think my rabbit would be alive today if it wasn't for her excellent diagnostic skills and caring attitude. I had taken my bunny to 2 other vet clinics and they really didn't seem to know much about rabbits or what was wrong with him. I was really surprised to see that Dr Murdoch, who is such a young vet, knew so much about rabbits and was able to figure out the problem. My bunny now has to be on lifelong anti-inflammatory medication, but he is much happier, eating better and much more active since he started getting the medication. I am very grateful for Dr Murdoch's care and will definitely take my bunny back to see her.

Excellent compassion and care were given to my pets on several occassions at Windrush. Dr. Crombie and Dr. Libstug are the most caring vets that I have ever met. I have clinics within walking distance to me and yet I drive from Brantford to Burford because I trust that Dr. Libstug will make the best decision for my pets medical needs.

I am absolutly disgusted with Windrush. Apparently it used to be ok, and Crombie is awesome. But since that new lady came in it HORRIBLE... I live minutes away and refuse to take my animals there.

Dr. Crombie is an exceptional veterinarian and always goes the extra mile to try and save an animal.He has been our vet for more than 10 years and has cared for lizards,cats,dogs and even pygmy goats for my family.He went to heroic efforts to save a dog that had been born with a fatal condition,and I have every faith that he treats all his clients well.We are more than 45 minutes away from his clinic,but I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else and it's worth the drive.
